I am interested in UK Public Health policy relating to Sunlight & Vitamin D
There is evidence that lack of sunlight is implicated in over 60 short-term & long-term illnesses
The average UK person has only half the blood serum level of Vitamin D compared to the level that experts claim will protect from these short-term & long-term illnesses
There is corrrespondence in the BMJ from 1998 from doctors saying that "something should be done"
Why don't UK doctors acknowledge and accept the evidence and prescribe Vitamin D ?
See other parts of this website for links to the evidence and please post your own comments
